Return & Refund Policy

La boutique des compagnons, operated by Studio Bleuet, is committed to complying with applicable Canadian and Quebec consumer protection laws. This policy explains your rights and our return and refund practices.
2. Your Legal Rights (Quebec)

- You wish to return an unused item in its original condition
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with all original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
5. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

- Perishable goods or consumables
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Personal care or hygiene items that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale
This does not affect your legal rights in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

Before returning any item, you must contact us to receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for a full refund
- Other approved returns are refunded for the item price only
Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers.
8. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to our error
- For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original delivery fees, where applicable, are non-refundable
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
10. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are shipped to Canada with standard delivery included unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
